The LEDs are very bright, I kind of wish they would give you the ability to dim them but if you are looking for attention or plan to use this outside in bright sun, it will be seen.
Suggestion to the manufacturer would be to add the ability to attach a sound to an image, like hands clapping or a sound bit to make the overall animation more effective. The light show is just a bonus. Now, if they came out with more LEDs like 4 times as many so the images are less blocky and updated the software the product would be perfect. No Amazon notification? Quit working in less than a month.
Once I received the following device I was hype for 3 reasons, the notifications, pixel patterns and the design of the box. I can sync my tablet, phone or PC to the Aurabox. Never have to worry about software crashing like the Dotti device.
The boom box feature isn't as loud as people would like but who cares. I think it is known for bright lights, notification alerts and bluetooth device. I recommend this device to anyone.
